Kitchen exhaust performance depends on more than airflow

Heavy cooking can release grease-laden smoke and fine airborne particles into the exhaust system. The right pollution-control configuration depends on the cooking process, exhaust volume, operating schedule, duct arrangement and local project requirements. HOW IT WORKS

A clear process path

    Grease-laden exhaust enters the treatment section after appropriate upstream filtration.

  2. 2

    Airborne particles receive an electrical charge inside the ionisation section.

  3. 3

    Charged particles are attracted to and collected on the collection plates.

  4. 4

    The treated airflow continues through the downstream exhaust system.

  5. 5

    The configured cleaning cycle washes collected contamination into the drainage arrangement.

Before you request a model

Is this ESP suitable for every type of cooking?+

Selection depends on the cooking method, smoke and grease load, exhaust airflow and project requirements. Send us the menu or cooking equipment schedule so that the treatment configuration can be reviewed.

Does self-cleaning mean maintenance-free?+

No. The cleaning cycle can reduce manual cleaning work, but the system still requires scheduled inspection, drain checks and maintenance. The maintenance interval depends on the cooking load and operating hours.

Can the unit be installed outdoors?+

Outdoor installation is subject to the selected enclosure, weather protection, drainage, electrical protection and service-access requirements. Confirm the installation environment during selection.

What information is required for sizing?+

Provide the exhaust airflow, cooking type, operating schedule, duct size, installation location, power supply and any consultant performance requirement.

Can WoECO provide an installation drawing?+

Yes. A model-specific layout and connection drawing can be prepared after the project conditions and selected configuration are confirmed.
