HOW IT WORKS

A clear process path

    Kitchen wastewater enters the screening or solids-control section.

    Flow passes through gravity separation chambers where free-floating FOG rises and heavier solids settle.

    Pretreated wastewater enters the downstream lifting chamber.

    Level controls start and stop the powered pump system.

Before you request a model

Is the complete system unpowered?+

No. Grease separation is gravity-based, but the wastewater lifting pumps, level controls and control panel require electrical power.

What type of grease can be separated?+

The system is intended for free-floating fats, oils and grease from commercial kitchen wastewater. Emulsified oil, detergent-heavy wastewater or industrial mineral oil requires separate evaluation.

How often must the interceptor be cleaned?+

Cleaning frequency depends on flow, FOG loading, food solids and operating hours. Establish a maintenance schedule after commissioning and adjust it according to actual accumulation.

Can the pumps be configured as duty and standby?+

Where supported by the selected model, duty/standby pumps and alarm outputs can be specified. Confirm the required redundancy during selection.
