The system is intended for free-floating fats, oils and grease from commercial kitchen wastewater. Emulsified oil, detergent-heavy wastewater or industrial mineral oil requires separate evaluation.
Cleaning frequency depends on flow, FOG loading, food solids and operating hours. Establish a maintenance schedule after commissioning and adjust it according to actual accumulation.
