Commercial kitchens below the sewer connection level need both grease management and reliable wastewater lifting. Installing separate tanks, pumps and controls can consume plant-room space and complicate coordination. This closed integrated system combines staged separation, grease collection and wastewater lifting in one project-oriented arrangement.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear process path

    Kitchen wastewater enters the pretreatment and solids-separation section.

    Flow passes into the grease-separation chamber, where free-floating FOG is separated from wastewater.

    Separated grease is transferred to a designated collection container.

  4. 4

    Pretreated wastewater enters the lifting section.

  5. 5

    The pump system discharges wastewater to the downstream sewer connection according to level-control signals.

Before you request a model

When is a lifting station required?+

A lifting station is generally required when the kitchen drainage point is below the available gravity sewer connection or when the project cannot achieve the necessary gravity fall. The final requirement must be confirmed by the project drainage engineer.

How is the pump capacity selected?+

Pump selection is based on the design flow, total dynamic head, discharge pipework and required duty/standby arrangement. These values should be confirmed before quotation.

Is the system completely odour-free?+

The closed arrangement helps manage odour, but correct venting, sealing, cleaning and maintenance remain essential. No absolute odour-free claim should be made without defined test conditions.

Can the equipment pass through a standard plant-room door?+

Overall dimensions and access routes must be reviewed during selection. Where available, modular delivery or site assembly options can be evaluated for the selected model.

What maintenance is required?+

Routine work includes checking the solids section, grease collection container, pumps, level controls, vents, seals and internal chambers. The interval depends on kitchen loading and operating hours.
