AUTOMATIC FOG MANAGEMENT

Automatic Grease Removal Unit for Commercial Kitchens

Separate food solids and free-floating FOG from kitchen wastewater, automatically transfer collected grease and select either gravity discharge or an integrated lifting configuration.

Automatic Grease Removal Unit for Commercial Kitchens
THE PROJECT CONDITION

Choose the discharge arrangement around the project levels

The automatic grease removal range is intended for professional catering environments. Select gravity discharge where adequate fall is available, or a wastewater lifting configuration where pretreated water must be raised to the downstream connection.

CORE ADVANTAGES

Designed for selection, access and service

01

Automatic grease transfer

Separated grease is transferred to a dedicated collection container, reducing the need to manually remove floating grease from the main chamber.

02

Accessible maintenance layout

The service arrangement supports inspection of solids, grease-collection and internal separation sections.

03

Gravity or lifting configuration

Choose the discharge arrangement according to the project elevation and drainage design.

04

Stainless-steel construction

Suitable material grade and thickness can be selected according to project requirements and wastewater conditions.

05

Project-specific connections

Inlet, outlet, vent, drain and electrical details are confirmed during model selection.

06

For high-use commercial kitchens

The range is intended for professional catering environments rather than small domestic under-sink use.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear process path

  1. 1

Kitchen wastewater passes through the solids-control section.

  2. 2

The flow enters the separation chamber and slows under controlled hydraulic conditions.

  3. 3

Free-floating fats, oils and grease rise and are collected.

  4. 4

The removal arrangement transfers grease to an external container.

  5. 5

Pretreated water leaves by gravity or enters the optional wastewater lifting section.

FAQ

Before you request a model

What is the difference from a conventional grease trap?+

An automatic unit includes a mechanism for transferring separated grease to a collection container. A conventional interceptor usually relies more heavily on periodic manual or pump-out maintenance. Actual performance depends on sizing, wastewater conditions and maintenance.

Should I choose gravity discharge or wastewater lifting?+

Use gravity discharge where the drainage design provides sufficient fall. Choose a lifting configuration where wastewater must be raised to reach the sewer connection. The project engineer should confirm the final arrangement.

Can this unit treat industrial oil or fuel-contaminated water?+

This product is intended for food-service FOG in commercial kitchen wastewater. Fuel, mineral oil, emulsified oil or industrial wastewater requires a separate technical review.

Does automatic grease removal eliminate cleaning?+

No. The system still requires scheduled inspection and cleaning of the solids section, internal chamber, transfer mechanism, collection container and associated pipework.

Can the equipment be customised?+

Connection orientation, controls and selected dimensions may be reviewed against the project conditions. Any custom configuration is subject to engineering confirmation.

PROJECT REVIEW
