304 Stainless Steel Modular Trench Drain System

Build straight runs, corners and junctions around the actual floor-drainage layout using prefabricated stainless-steel channel modules and removable covers.

Selection noteReference images show one GY-350 channel module at 1160 × 350 × 150 mm with two 580 × 300 × 25 mm covers. Final module sizes, outlets, falls, loading and connection details must be confirmed for each project.
THE PROJECT CONDITION

Coordinate the drainage route before the floor is finished

Commercial kitchen and food-service floors may require long drain runs, changes of direction and several outlet points. A modular channel arrangement can simplify site coordination and reduce the amount of on-site fabrication. The supporting concrete, waterproofing, finished-floor falls, joint sealing and connection to the drainage network remain part of the approved project installation design.

Before you request a model

Is 1160 × 350 × 150 mm the only available size?+

No fixed full range has been confirmed. That dimension is shown only as a reference model in the supplied image. Send the floor plan and required channel route so available or customised dimensions can be reviewed.

Does the modular system require no welding at all?+

The connection system is intended to reduce on-site welding, but the final joint method depends on the selected module, waterproofing detail and installation conditions. Follow the approved project drawing and installation instructions.

Can the channel be supplied with corners and junctions?+

The reference photographs show straight sections, corners and junction arrangements. The exact combination should be scheduled from the project drainage layout before quotation.

How is the channel gradient formed?+

The required hydraulic fall may depend on the selected channel arrangement and the prepared supporting base. The project drainage designer should confirm floor levels, outlet levels and construction falls.

What information is needed for a quotation?+

Provide a dimensioned floor plan, channel route, required widths and depths, junction types, outlet locations and sizes, finished levels, cover loading and material requirements.
